CUC Pay-Online and Pay-by-Phone System now OK
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform its customers that the CUC Pay Online and Pay-by-Phone system is back online as of yesterday morning, Nov. 10, 2021.
To make a payment on your account, visit the CUC online payment portal by clicking “Pay Online” on CUC’s website at www.cucgov.om or go directly to CUC’s online payment portal at www.iwebms.net/cucgov.
You may also make payment over the phone by calling 1-855-729-2282 (1-855-PAY-2CUC).
In addition, you may pay your bill at a service location such as Bank of Guam, Bank of Saipan, or at the CUC Customer Center on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.
