CUC sets new water hours for Chalan Monsignor Martinez
As the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. continues leak detection efforts in the As Lito area, customers along Chalan Monsignor Martinez will have new water service hours two days this week.
As Lito currently receives water between 6am and 12pm, daily. This week, water service hours on Wednesday, Feb. 24, and Thursday, Feb. 25, will change from 5am to 11am to provide the CUC leak detection a better opportunity to pinpoint underground line breaks.
By pressurizing the As Lito water lines an hour early, the leak detection ground miking equipment won’t detect as much background noise.
