The CNMI Women’s Association has launched AfterBurn Workouts for full-time entrepreneurial women who work/live in the Capitol Hill/Kagman/Papago area.

The AfterBurn Workouts are held after office hours every Tuesday from 5pm to 6pm and will be conducted by the staff of Saipan Studio, which are CWA’s Woman Entrepreneur Project previous attendees.

“CWA welcomes women and supporting men to take part in our initiative in living a healthy lifestyle while being a full-time entrepreneurial woman. This will be a fun, energetic, and tranquil event for all those who attend right here in the CWA grounds. Become a member in empowering women for leadership as guardians of our guinaha (assets) to include political, economic, and social leadership. We aim to foster konfiansia (self-confidence) and commitment in women to maximize their potential to positively impact our families,” said the non-profit.

Exercises throughout CWA’s AfterBurn Workouts will vary per day from Tabata Warm-ups, to Dance Party Workout, to Yoga Stretching, to Cha-Cha/Zumba Workout, and to Muscle Shaping.

Those who want to join CWA’s AfterBurn Workouts only need to be in workout gear and bring their own yoga mat or they can rent it from CWA upon availability.

CWA said the AfterBurn Workouts at the CWA field area (if raining, it will be inside the center) will have a free tryout for beginners. After that, payments can be made through OurGoodys.com using credit/debit/PayPal or just pay using cash.

There are also discounts made available for those who are a part of the CNMI Women’s Association as a free member (Konfiansia Member) or more discounts as a paid member (Guinaha Member).
