Daria earns master’s degree

Marjorie Anne C. Daria (Atalig) graduated with a master’s degree in Medical Science from the University of South Florida on Aug. 9, 2014. Before this, Daria completed her Medical Internship for Mercy Volunteer Corps at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland in 2013. In addition to her master’s degree, Daria holds a bachelor of science degree in Biology and a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She graduated with salutatorian honors from Tinian High School, Class of 2007. She hopes to pursue either a medical degree or doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in the near future. She is the daughter of Lourdes (Lou) Daria Atalig and Juan Manalo Atalig Sr. from Tinian. She is the second of six children. (PR)
