Emergency water service interruption for Obyan, Ladder Beach areas
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the general public that there is an emergency water service interruption in the Obyan and Ladder Beach areas.
The cause of the interruption is from a pump and motor failure at the OB-13 CUC water well that was identified this morning. Water operations personnel are currently making the necessary replacement and anticipate completion today at 5pm. Customers in the affected areas will receive water services today from 10am to 12pm with resumed 24-hour water service at 5pm.
