Office on Aging director Walter Manglona clarified that he is asking for a nearly $1-million budget for fiscal year 2019 and not last fiscal year. He also said that Rota actually has a bus driver, but Tinian does not. Manglona said Office on Aging also has cooks on Rota and Tinian and mayor staff of Tinian and Rota provide assistance through an MOU with the Office on Aging.
