FESTPAC delegates meeting today
There will be a mandatory meeting of all 2016 FESTPAC delegates today, April 4, at 5pm at the Carolinian Utt in Garapan. Matters to be discussed include the $50 non-refundable deposit from each delegate, travel documents, lists of raw materials to be imported into Guam, and others.
