Free weekly Zumba classes
The Commonwealth Healthcare Corp.’s Division of Public Health Services will be hosting free Zumba classes weekly, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Garapan Central Park Roundhouse.
Classes will be led by certified Zumba instructors Joseph Caranto and Joewell Vallega and will begin on Monday, May 8, 2017.
The entire community is invited to attend, and we kindly ask that all participants arrive early for registration purposes.
This opportunity is being provided by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, and programs within the Non-Communicable Disease Bureau (Patient Referral Outreach Advocacy Program, Diabetes Prevention Control Program, and the Let’s Move Marianas Initiative.)
The goal is to get more people in the community physically active as well as providing more accessibility to physical activity.
