Free Zumba classes at Garapan Central Park

Joseph Caranto, a licensed Zumba instructor with license number 610663, will be conducting free Zumba classes at the Garapan Central Park beginning Monday, May 12, 2014, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

Classes for the month of May will be from Monday through Wednesday. However, it will be extended from Monday through Thursday on the second week of June.

In partnership with the Let’s Move Marianas Alliance, Caranto wishes to provide a fun way to do physical activity for the entire community while promoting health and wellness.

Caranto, who is also a member of “Zin,” has been a Zumba instructor since November 2012. Caranto has also completed the Cognitive and Skills Evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association BLS (CPR & AED) Program.

The Let’s Move Marianas Initiative aims to promote healthy lifestyles, provide awareness, and create policies focusing on building and maintaining a healthy and strong community. (PR)
