GCA to offer ESL program

Grace Christian Academy is excited to announce a new ESL (English as a second language) program to be headed by Sandy Howard.
Howard is a certified ESL instructor with specializations in Teaching English to Young Learners and Teaching Business English.
Howard was a teacher at Grace Christian Academy on Tinian for five years, while her husband, Jim Howard, was the administrator. They are excited to now be returning to the islands, along with their daughter, Alayna, and becoming a part of the community here on Saipan. (PR)
