Guam mails out tax refunds

HAGATNA, Guam—The Guam Department of Revenue & Taxation and Department of Administration will mail this week over 1,200 tax refund checks totaling approximately $4.5 million, including refunds garnished to repay government debts for error-free returns filed on or before Jan. 29, 2019.
