Herman’s Bakery names head honchos
Herman’s Modern Bakery, Inc. announced last week the appointment of its new general manager and assistant general manager.
Juanpan Guerrero, at a board meeting on Saturday, June 28, 2014, said that after serving the company since 1972, it’s time to have a family succession, and recommended the appointments of Ana Guerrero Hayes as the new general manager and Michael Guerrero as the assistant general manager/operations manager.
During the past two years, succession planning has been in place to allow for continuity and the management’s eventual transfer. Juanpan Guerrero stated that he had stayed on and served the business at the request of his mother, Tan Maria Tenorio Guerrero, and now it’s time for his younger sibling and his son to take over the helm. He urged third-generation members of the family to come on board to continue the legacy of their grandparents.
“Herman’s Modern Bakery, Inc. is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, and we are proud to be the oldest established business on Saipan. We look forward to continuing in the tradition of service to our community under this new leadership,” said Juanpan Guerrero. (PR)
Wel saying grandpa that you want to be serve the legacy by third generation ! Not like piligreno daughter sold the saipan fresh shrimp to Chinese business man after her dad passed way and the business man were stopped to sold to the public of saipan that they are produced the shrimp in saipan they only export that is different to serve by legacy and by others .
