IT&E installs new 4G site on Navy Hill

IT&E informed its customers and the community yesterday that a new 4G cellular site is now operational and carrying voice, text, and data in the Navy Hill area.

Customers will receive greatly improved coverage throughout the Navy Hill area and especially in the Anaks Condominiums, the Army Reserve Center, Marina Heights, and the northern parts of American Memorial Park.

“IT&E is very proud of its progress and commitment to providing Saipan with improved 4G service and expanded coverage throughout the island,” said John M. Compton, IT&E chief operating officer. “We have also purchased the equipment to install additional 4G sites on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota this year and in 2016. Just as soon as each of these sites are ready for our customers, we will notify the public.” (IT&E)
