Man arrested for alleged sex assault of a minor
On Monday, July 20, 2020, at about 2:25pm, the Department of Public Safety received a report of a sexual assault case on a minor through the Department of Youth Services. The suspect in the case was identified as Rudolph Rudolph.
On Wednesday, July 19, 2020, at about 3:43pm, Judge Theresa Kim-Tenorio signed and authorized the issuance of an arrest warrant for Rudolph for the charges of sexual assault of a minor in the first degree and sexual assault of a minor in the second degree, with a cash bail set at $50,000.
Rudolph was arrested on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at approximately 10:06am in Chalan Kanoa. (PR)
