Man who shot wife faces 4 charges

Probable case has been established in the case of a man who shot his wife in their home in Kagman last Dec. 16.

During a preliminary hearing before Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph Camacho last Wednesday, Norbert Blas Camacho was charged with attempted first-degree murder (domestic violence), aggravated assault and battery (domestic violence), assault with a dangerous weapon (domestic violence), and disturbing the peace (domestic violence).

After the court heard testimonies presented by the government’s witnesses and based on matters cited at the hearing, probable cause was established.

Arraignment is set on Jan. 8, 2018, at 9am before Superior Court Presiding Judge Roberto C. Naraja.
