Marianas Agupa lines up citizens group as guests
Marianas Agupa Radio will feature two members of the Citizens for Change of Article 12. Efrain Camacho, P.E. and former senator Frica Pangelinan will appear this Saturday April 5, 2014, between 10:30am and 11am to talk about the signature drive petition in order to provide today’s generation with an opportunity to decide whether or not to keep Article 12 or to remove it.
