Military training in Outer Apra Harbor, Radio Barrigada, WA-13, WA-517, FDM, Agat Bay
ASAN, Guam—The military will conduct exercises in Outer Apra Harbor on the following dates and times:
– March 20-21 from noon to 10pm
Residents and mariners are advised to remain clear of units training in the harbor.
The U.S. Marine Corps will conduct exercises in Radio Barrigada from 10am to 10pm March 16-18.
Residents in surrounding areas should be aware that blank ammunition will be used in association with this training, and should not be alarmed if they see or hear increased activity.
The military will conduct live fire exercises in Warning Area 13 and Farallon de Medinilla on the following dates and times:
– March 17-20 from 8am to 6:30pm
– March 21-22 from 8am to 6pm.
Aircraft and marine vessels are advised to remain clear 12 nautical miles around Farallon de Medinilla during these exercises and to monitor the U.S. Coast Guard broadcast Notice to Mariners for advisories.
The U.S. Navy will conduct live fire exercises in Warning Area 517 on the following dates and times:
– March 18-19 from 7am to 5pm
– March 22 from 8am to 3pm
Aircraft and marine vessels are advised to remain clear of Warning Area 517 for the duration of these exercises and to monitor the U.S. Coast Guard broadcast Notice to Mariners for advisories.
The U.S. Marine Corps will conduct exercises in the vicinity of Agat Bay from 7 a.m. to 11:59pm March 20 and from midnight to 7am March 21.
