Naval Base Guam to test emergency alert system
SANTA RITA, Guam—U.S. Naval Base Guam will conduct a test of its emergency alert system on July 7 from 3pm to 4pm.
During the date and time indicated, the system referred to as the Giant Voice will deliver the following message: “This is only a test for the emergency broadcasting system. No further action required.”
Naval Base Guam is scheduled to conduct tests on the emergency alert system on the first Monday of every month until further notice. (PR)
