NMI Judiciary OKs new fees
On Tuesday Feb. 21, 2017, the Commonwealth Supreme Court issued an administrative order to replace the Judiciary’s October 2006 fee schedule with a new one.
The new fee schedule is effective March 1, 2017, and applies to all court filings and services.
Copies of the order and the fee schedule are available on the Law Revision Commission’s website at www.cnmilaw.org for reference or printing.
