OPA staff will be on Rota, Tinian
The staff of the Office of the Public Auditor will be in Rota on April 16, 2019, Tuesday, and on Tinian on April 17, 2019, Wednesday, to notarize and accept filings of financial disclosure statements from government officials.
The notice last Friday covers all appointed/elected Commonwealth officials, boards, councils or task force members or directors, commissioners, executive directors including acting (in excess of 90 days) executive director, managing directors, deputy directors, administrators, or similar positions on your board, council, commission, task force or agency:
Filers on Rota may visit the Rota Mayor’s Office from 9am to 3pm on Tuesday, April 16.
Filers on Tinian may visit the Tinian Department of Commerce Office from 9am to 3:30pm on Wednesday, April 17.
All filers are reminded to bring with them some form of valid photo identification, such as a driver’s license or a passport. Failure to do so may result in the denial of notary services.
