A pair of former law enforcers have joined the ranks of official investigators of the Office of the Public Auditor.

Last Wednesday, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho swore in OPA investigators Joseph Ogo Jr. and Joshua Genesis Cruz.

The two were briefed about the importance of their new positions and their duties to the community.

“I feel great. Now I can work and carry out my responsibilities as an investigator….I [expect] to fulfill my duties and responsibilities and, as an investigator, I am actually going to be speaking on behalf of the people of the Commonwealth,” Ogo said.

When asked about the prerequisites to apply for their position, Ogo said that one should have prior law enforcement experience and pass a written test. (Kimberly A. Bautista)
