Coca-Cola and Foremost will be the exclusive beverage partners of the CNMI Fire and EMS Association’s Inaugural “Great Balls of Fire” golf tournament set for this Saturday at the Marianas Country Club.
Powerade and Foremost Blend Coffee will be served to golfers. Coca-Cola and Foremost Hydration Team will serve ice-cold Foremost Blend Coffee to perk up the players, organizers, and supporters at the registration, while Powerade will keep the players hydrated throughout the game.
Powerade is distributed by Coca-Cola Beverage Co. (Micronesia) and Foremost Blend is a product of Foremost Foods Saipan. Proceeds from the golf tournament will support both active and retired firefighters with their various needs.
The tournament will have three divisions: men’s, women’s double peoria, and men’s double peoria. The Top 2 placers in the men’s category will win $500 and $300, while the champion in the women’s field will get $500 and the runner-up will bring home a purse from DFS/T Galleria worth $500. The champion in the men’s double peoria will also take $500 cash, while the second and third finishers will receive golf certificate at MCC for six months and $200, respectively.
Golfers are encouraged to join the optional play for $5 as there will be prizes for nearest pin, longest drive, and most accurate drive categories. A brand new car is also at stake as hole-in-one prize, while other raffle prizes will be given away at the end of the competition.
Registration fee is only $80 and show time is at 6am, while a shotgun start is set at 7am. (PR)
