Prudencio Manglona, 80, passes away
Former long-time Rota mayor and Manglona family patriarch Prudencio Taisacan Manglona, 80, passed away today, June 3, 2014, at 5:51am. He was surrounded by his family at the Commonwealth Health Center when his battle with Stage 4 cancer ended.
