Public urged to support ‘Scratch, Win, and Fight Cancer’ fundraiser
Tickets are still being sold for the Commonwealth Cancer Association and Joeten’s “Scratch, Win, and Fight Cancer” fundraiser.
CCA program manager Juan Babauta said Friday that the fundraiser is still ongoing and he urged the public to purchase tickets for a great cause.
“Our fundraiser will be for our community to support those with cancer and we’re urging the public to help this great cause,” Babauta said.
He said that Joeten and CCA are partnering up for the fundraiser.
The fundraiser began on Jan. 12 and will continue until April 12. Tickets are being sold at $1 and can be found at all four Joeten Enterprises markets around the island.
