Renewed PH passports being issued

The Philippine Consulate General in Guam, in coordination with the Office of Honorary Consul Eli Arago, is releasing passports to those who renewed their passports last Sept. 17, 18, and 19, 2019. You can pick up your new passport at the second floor, Bldg. D, of the Finasisu Terraces Apartment, at the top of the Mini-Mart Store, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (12pm-1pm breaktime).

Please bring your old passport and receipt.  If someone else will pick up your passport, the applicant should issue an authorization letter.
