Rota officials honor Carmen Toves
Rota municipal officials recently expressed their condolences over the recent passing of Rota resident Carmen Matagolia Toves, through a joint municipal resolution dated April 13, 2018.
The resolution was presented to Toves’ oldest son, Barrie Toves.
Carmen Toves, wife of the late Albert Songao Toves, Jr., passed away on March 4, 2018.
The resolution was adopted and passed by Rota Mayor Efraim M. Atalig and members of the 16th Rota Municipal Council, council chair Anthony DLC. Barcinas, council vice chair Kary M. Ramos, and council secretary Ivan T. Mereb. (PR)
