Saipan Brewing at NMC golf tourney
Saipan Brewing Co. will be serving its popular line for craft beers at the upcoming 15th Annual NMC Foundation Golf Tournament on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Saipan LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort’s west course. (NMC)
As part of its efforts to support community enhancement activities, the Saipan Brewing Co. will be participating once again at the upcoming 15th Annual NMC Foundation Golf Tournament on Saturday, March 3, 2018 by serving its highly popular craft beers at the first major golf tournament of the year.
“We’re excited to be taking part in the tournament once again by sharing our local, specially brewed line of craft beers with the golfers,” said Stephen Sablan, Saipan Brewing Co. brew master.
According to Sablan, Saipan Brewing’s beer reflect island tastes and lifestyle. You can find Saipan Brewing at many of the local stores, restaurants, and bars all over the island.
The golf tournament is the NMC Foundation’s signature event that raises funds to support NMC’s academic programs and services.
The 15th Annual NMC Foundation Open golf tournament will be held at the west course of the Saipan Laolao Bay Golf & Resort. Showtime is at 6am and the shotgun start will be at 7am. The tournament will follow a medal play format.
First place winners in the men’s Championship, A, B, C, Senior, and Ladies flights will each receive $500, while $300 and $200 will go to the second and third place finishers, respectively.
Hole-in-one prizes include a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Atkins Kroll Saipan, a 2017 Honda HR-V from Joeten Motors, $10,000 in cash from Marianas Insurance Co., and $5,000 in cash from Pacifica Insurance. The tournament will also feature many other items such as raffle prizes like smartphones, hotel stays, meal gift certificates, and much more.
