SDA School hosts ‘Christmas in our Jammies’
The Saipan Seventh Day Adventist School hosted a program called “Christmas in our Jammies” at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center yesterday in celebration of the Christmas season.
The program highlighted the talents of SDA students as they performed a Christmas program for parents and guests.
SDA’s child development program was one of the highlights of the evening, with multiple toddlers aged 18 months to 4 years of age, all in pajamas singing and dancing to Christmas tunes.
SDA principal Randy Yates was pleased with the turnout.
“I did not expect this turnout,” he said. “We made a hundred of brochures to pass out—and we ran out of brochures. That tells me that [the parents] are concerned about their children’s education because [they] were here.”
SDA is a private school affiliated with the second largest Christian school system in the world. SDA Saipan is situated in Chalan Kiya, and caters to pre-school students and earlier, up to middle school students.
