In Search of Leadership Lost in a Demagogic Dump
Leadership is strong when one is leading both sides
it moves beyond petty politics or partisan camper
it needs no fawning behavior or false pride
acts with integrity without vanity or vamper.
Leadership requires real respect for the leader
his or her personal life and political intent
leadership can be had without being a tweeter
without temper tantrums or being a malcontent.
Leadership favors no single idea or condition
scorns a narrow minded barely credible creed
its goal is compromise to accomplish its mission
providing guidance to people or a country in need.
Leadership should be solid, respected and commanding
Nurturing strength in democracy without being demanding.
