SHRM Guam conference on Sept. 7

Human resources practitioners in the CNMI are invited to join the Society of Human Resource Management Guam annual conference on Sept. 7, 2018, at the Dusit Thani Resort Guam’s Royal Ballroom.

SHRM president and CEO Johnny C. Taylor and keynote speaker Dan Dorr will speak upon the theme for this year, which is “Engagement.”

Taylor will discuss topics related to engaging with your workforce and how cultivating your own workforce is the future of human resources.

Also, partners from Indeed.com will share the recruiting progression of the future and the science of attraction serving as a basis of engaging your workforce.

Near the end, Dorr will lead the discussion on finding how leadership credibility and self-awareness as factors of leadership success.
