A small craft advisory remains in effect until 6pm Friday. East winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts of up to 25 knots are expected along Marianas coastal waters. Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, to avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. (PR)
