According to the minutes of the meeting, Carter and the parties addressed court registry funds, EEMC funds, Technical Manager for Oil funds, grant funding, and cost estimate.

Carter also discussed contact water, drainage and funding.

Carter then had an off-the-record meeting with Sirok and O’Brien.

Hess continued with a PowerPoint presentation regarding oil tank, generators, and power plants. Carter addressed CUC executive director Gary Camacho’s report regarding oil disposal and tank cleaning.
