Sunday Story Time in August at AMP
Saipan youth, ages 7 and up, are invited to join American Memorial Park Sundays in August from 1pm to 2pm for story time. Beginning Sunday, Aug. 14, through Sunday, Aug. 28, Park Ranger Brooke will be reading “Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes” by Eleanor Coerr. Each week after the reading everyone will be invited to make paper cranes that will be sent to the Children’s Peace Monument in Hiroshima Japan.
