Sunshine Saures promoted to reservations manager
Asia Pacific Hotel Inc., which operates the Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan and Kanoa Resort, has promoted Sunshine Saures as reservations manager of Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan, effective Aug. 6, 2017.
Saures began her hospitality career at the former Hafadai Beach Hotel in 2012 before joining Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan in 2015 as a reservations agent. She was promoted to supervisor in 2016 and to assistant manager, Rooms Reservations in March 2017.
As assistant manager, she worked tirelessly to improve the stability of the room inventory, and successfully manage the transition from one property management system to another. Since becoming an assistant manager, she has contributed tremendous time and energy to improve the reservations department.
In her role as reservations manager, Saures is responsible for confirming balance in the room inventory, coordinating with tour agents to ensure guests are properly accommodated, and that accurate room rates and packages are being applied.
“We are excited about Ms. Saures’ promotion as she is an integral part of our company. We are confident that she is the right person to further elevate the standards of the Reservations Department for our 416-room resort,” said Wendi Herring, general manager.
