Tropical storm watch cancelled

Tropical Storm 27W moved away from the Marianas after passing near Guam yesterday afternoon. As of 2pm yesterday, the tropical storm watch for Guam and Rota was canceled as tropical storm conditions were no longer expected, according to the U.S. National Weather Service in Guam....
