Talk about sex ends in domestic violence

Albert Deleon Guerrero, 43, allegedly pulled his girlfriend’s hair and punched and slapped her. He was arrested for assault and battery and disturbing the peace. His bail was set at $2,000 cash.

Police detective JB Cepeda stated in his report that a police officer was dispatched to Chalan Lau Lau on Monday, July 16, at 10:34pm in response to an alleged domestic incident near the Green Consume Market II.

Cepeda said that, according to the victim, she and Deleon Guerrero were going to Koblerville to pick up their three-month-old twins when Deleon Guerrero began talking about how he had sex with his former wife.

The victim said she became upset so she pulled the steering wheel twice to crash the car, causing Deleon Guerrero to become upset. He allegedly punched her, slapped her twice, and pulled her hair.
