Tinian cops undergo seminar on proper search and seizure
On Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho conducted a presentation on search and seizure for Tinian police officers.
With the “War on Drugs” initiative led by Tinian Mayor Joey P. San Nicolas, the presentation was requested by Department of Public Safety Tinian resident director Juan Santos to ensure compliance with proper procedure. The presentation was conducted at the Tinian Court House with 100-percent attendance by Tinian DPS police officers. This presentation is a critical component to continued training for law enforcement officers with the mission of protecting life, safety, and property on the island of Tinian.
