Torres signs House Local Bill 20-31 into law
Gov. Ralph DLG. Torres recently signed House Local Bill 20-31, S1, D1, which rezones all lots immediately located on the eastern side of Beach Road, directly adjacent to the main road beginning from As Perdido Road to the intersection of Beach Road and Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Road as “mixed commercial” zoning districts.
Authored by Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation chair Rep. John Paul P. Sablan, the bill was passed unanimously by the SNILD Delegation and becomes Saipan Local Law 20-12. (PR)
