Torres signs local bill into law
On Tuesday, Gov. Ralph DLG Torres signed Tinian Local Bill 20-02, D1, into law.
The bill makes supplemental appropriations for personnel and operations of the Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission, the Office of the Mayor of Tinian and Aguiguan, and the Tinian Municipal Treasury for fiscal year 2018.
The bill was passed by the 20th Tinian and Aguiguan Legislative Delegation and the 16th Tinian and Aguiguan Municipal Council.
This bill becomes Tinian Local Ordinance 20-02. (PR)
Another example of excellent leadership by Tinian elected officials–always working together.
Somebody is on drugs. Only a person with no sense would believe this money is actually needed when there is no gambling operation in Tinian to justify this expense.
