Trench Tech BJJ kids classes start Thursday
Trench Tech will official kick off its Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes for kids only this Thursday at its gym in Garapan.
Each session will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The lessons are open to children in the 5 to 12 age group and participants can purchase Gis at a sale price of $90.
“We encourage parents to sign their children up and help get them off the games and off the couch,” BJJ professor and black belt Cuki Alvarez said.
Trench Tech is offering BJJ classes to help children’s wellbeing, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Only experienced BJJ practitioners will hold the classes to ensure the safety of the children. Parents are also welcome to watch their children during the BJJ sessions.
