Tumon Bay Music Festival looking for participants
Calling all vocal and instrumental solos, duets, and ensembles in Guam and beyond!
It’s the time of year for the region’s largest music event—the 12th Tumon Bay Music Festival.
Events include the following:
-Choral and hand bell festival – March 3 and 4
-Solo and small ensemble festival – March 5
-Pop concert “jazz, rock, and beyond” – March 6
-Band and orchestra festival – March 7 and 8
-Finale concert and award ceremony – March 12
This educationally enriched music event features instrument-specific seminars and lectures, school performance visits, and performance opportunities for musicians of all ages.
Individual singers and instrumentalists can also sign up for:
-Festival massed choir
-2016 festival honor bands (for middle and high school students)
-Tumon Bay international wind orchestra
