Then-USPS officer allegedly stole package

A then-U.S. Postal Service officer allegedly stole a package from the Chalan Kanoa Post Office last March 6. The indictment charged Mark Tyquiengco with mail theft and theft of mail by postal service employee.

According to the indictment, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the NMI on Friday, Tyquiengco took a package from a post office box.

The indictment also has a notice of criminal forfeiture. No other details were provided in the indictment.
