Dr. Richard Wagner, an ear-nose-and-throat physician, will be providing services at the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp.’s Family Care Clinic from Sept. 30 through Oct. 9, 2015. He is available to see patients with the following symptoms: hearing loss, draining/recurrent ear infections, neck masses, recurrent throat infections, children with ear infections, and nasal blockage
