WAP program now accepting applicants
The Department of Public Works’ Energy Division, Weatherization Assistance Program for low income residents on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota is now accepting applications on a first come, first serve basis.
Individuals wishing to avail of this program may obtain an application for service at the Energy Division on Capitol Hill building 1337 on Saipan. For Tinian and Rota, applicants can pick up applications at the Tinian or Rota Mayor’s Office or you may download applications from our website at www.cnmienergy.com.
