Water outage in As Matuis, San Roque, Achugao, Tanapag
There will be an emergency water service interruption for Commonwealth Utilities Corp. customers in As Matuis, San Roque, Achugao and Tanapag, which started last night at 8:30pm, continuing to 6am today.
This is due to the low tank level at the As Matuis water tank caused by a failed pump and motor at one of the major producing water wells. CUC personnel are working on replacing the failed pump and motor and expected to complete the work last night.
CUC is reminding its customers that the following scheduled water hours are in effect for the As Matuis, San Roque, Achugao and Tanapag areas:
– Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am to 6pm
– Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 24-hours
