Witness: 2018 off-island trips were for official purposes
Glenna Palacios, a former senior policy adviser to Gov. Ralph DLG Torres, testified today, Friday, in the impeachment trial of Torres that she was with the governor and two others on a trip to Oregon and Alaska in April 2018 for official purposes and not for a political event.
