3 have perfect attendance for entire 2 years
Saipan Republican Reps. Ivan A. Blanco, Joel C. Camacho, and John Paul P. Sablan all posted perfect attendance during their entire two-year term in the 21st Legislature, according to the House’s record of attendance.
Blanco, Camacho, and Sablan all attended 44 regular and special sessions.
Rep. Franklin R. Babauta (Ind-Saipan), who replaced Edwin K. Propst two months ago, was perfect as he attended all five sessions.
Propst was perfect in all 39 sessions during his term.
