34th AG’s Cup will be on Insular Cases Doctrine

The 34th Annual Attorney General’s Cup Speech Competition will be held on Friday, May 4, 9am at the Hibiscus Hall of the Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan.

This year, the competition will focus on the Insular Cases Doctrine, according to which Congress can choose which portions of the United States Constitution apply to “unincorporated territories,” including the CNMI.

The competition will be live-streamed via the CNMI Attorney General’s Cup Facebook page. The broadcasting group of Marianas High School will perform the video production of the competition.
