BREAKING NEWS: Impeachment witness says Palacios, Manibusan, San Nicolas also flew 1st class
Lawrence Pangelinan, a former chief investigator of the Office of the Attorney General Investigative Division, testified at the start of the impeachment trial today, Friday, of Gov. Ralph DLG. Torres, that Lt. Gov. Arnold I. Palacios, AG Edward Manibusan, and former AG Joey San Nicolas also traveled first class during the time Torres was traveling first class. More details to follow.
