2 men charged for marijuana
Two men were ordered to appear in court to face charges of illegal possession and delivery of marijuana.

Assistant Attorney General Marvin J. Williams filed the separate information against 40-year-old Nannu Dahli of Sinapalo, Rota and 33-year-old Danny Joe Lambert of Saipan.
Court records showed that Dahli “knowingly and intentionally possess 1.98 lbs. of marijuana” on Sept. 16, 1998 and also “knowingly and intentionally deliver” the controlled substance on the same day.
He was summoned to appear in court on Feb. 5 at 9 a.m.
Lambert, on the other hand, was summoned on Jan. 18, also at 9 a.m.
Court files said he “intentionally possess” 3.13 oz. of marijuana and also “intentionally” deliver the substance on Sept. 24, 1998.
